Ground beans - according to my grandmother's recipe, a real Lenten delicacy (vegetarian)

Ingredients:

600g of white beans (tetavac),

1 head of onion,

4 carrots (medium size),

5 cloves of garlic,

4 teaspoons of allspice (sweet),

14 tablespoons of oil,

spices to taste: salt, spice C, parsley.

Preparation:

Wash the beans in 5 cups of water, put them in a deep pan, pour water to cover the beans with 5 fingers.

Cook on low heat for about 1 hour. After that, pour the water and wash the beans again in 5 water. Pour cold water again, add 1 onion cut into ribs, 4 carrots cut into rings. Cook on low heat for at least 2 hours. Remove from the heat, drain the water and beat with a stick mixer. Add salt and spice C and continue mixing.

Preparation of the spray:

Peel, wash and finely grate the garlic. Pour 7 spoons of oil into a small pan, add garlic, fry briefly on low heat. Reduce the temperature to one and add 2 teaspoons of allspice. Stir and immediately reduce from heat. Add two spoonfuls to the beans and stir until you use up all the spray. check if it's salty to your taste, then pour it into two deep bowls. Make a splash again with 7 spoons of oil, briefly fry 2 teaspoons of allspice and pour over the beans. 3.5 spoons per bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and spice C. It's delicious hot and cold. Store in the refrigerator.
