Aprikos cake - irresistible flavor with apricots, made with my pinch of magic.

Ingredients:
3 bags of sweet cream pudding,
3 bags of vanilla pudding,
2 tablespoons of flour (full),
6 spoons of crystal sugar,
1 liter of milk,
250g of margarine,
800g of apricots (you can also freeze them),
250g crystal sugar,
500 ml of sweet cream,
100g of powdered sugar,
100g of white chocolate,
1 pack of yellow Vincinni covers.
To decorate:
180g of whipped cream,
sour water (cold),
200 ml of sweet cream,
300g of white chocolate,
apricots as desired.
Preparation:
1. Phil:
Whip the sweet cream pudding, 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour with a wire whisk with 300 ml of milk. Pour 700ml of milk into a pot, add a little pudding before boiling and whisk all the time with a wire until it is well cooked. Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Beat 250g of margarine with a mixer with 70g of powdered sugar. Add 100g of melted white chocolate and mix. Process the pudding with a mixer, then add margarine one tablespoon at a time, whisking until you have used up all the pudding. You will get a wonderful creamy filling.
2. Phil:
In a saucepan, cook 800g of apricots with 250g of sugar over low heat, until the apricots soften. In a bowl, whisk 3 bags of vanilla pudding, 1 tablespoon of flour with 350ml of water. Pour lightly into the cooked apricots and beat with a wire so that it cooks well and thickens. Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Mix the cold filling a little with a mixer.
3. Phil:
Beat 500ml of sweet cream with a mixer, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar towards the end of the beating.
*Divide all three fillings in half.
Filling:
Crust - sweet cream filling - apricot filling - sweet cream - crust....
Beat the whipped cream according to the instructions in a bag with sour water and decorate the cake as desired.
*Pour 200ml of sweet cream into a pan, heat until it boils (it must not boil), add 300g of white chocolate, mix well with wire, cool a little and pour over the cake.
Let the decoration be your pinch of magic.
