*Ingredients:
2 packages of puff pastry (frikom),
400g spinach briquettes,
150g of cheese,
2 eggs,
3 tablespoons of yogurt,
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
200g Trappist,
sesame, black sesame and flax seeds.
*Preparation:
Thaw the dough at room temperature, then separate the two halves with a rolling pin, join them side by side and cut into a triangle. Do the same with the other two tests, just so that your triangles are the same size.
*Filling:
Saute the spinach in a little oil until all the liquid evaporates. Season to taste with spice C and a little salt.
Crumble 150g of cheese in a bowl with a fork, add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add spinach, mix everything well and add salt to taste. Spread on the dough. Coarsely grate 150g of Trappist and sprinkle over the filling. Fold over with another dough triangle, cut into equal strips on both sides with a sharp knife and twist each strip. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame, black sesame and flax seeds if desired.
*Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200C and bake for another 15 minutes. Cut the remaining trappist with molds of the desired shape and decorate your Christmas tree, let it be your pinch of magic.
*I would be very happy to hear your impressions after trying the recipe. Please tag me. Thank you in advance!
Enjoy!
