Ingredients:

*For the dough:

250g of margarine,

1 egg yolk,

200 ml of milk,

1/2 cube of yeast,

1 teaspoon of sugar,

100ml of oil,

1 little less than a level spoon of salt,

1 bag of vanilla sugar

flour as needed.

*Filling:

Cream, I used Nutella.

*For sprinkling:

Powdered sugar.

*Preparation:

Heat the milk until it is lukewarm, crumble the yeast and leave it to rise for a few minutes.

Beat margarine at room temperature with a mixer with one egg yolk. Add milk, oil and salt, combine everything and slowly add flour until you get a smooth dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out a 0.5 mm thick crust. Cut the dough with a star shape to the desired size.

* Put stuffing on every other star, and cover it with another star.

Beat one egg yolk with a fork with 3 tablespoons of milk, coat the shells and, if desired, sprinkle them with sesame or flax seeds, or your desired pinch of magic.

Cover with a cloth and after half an hour, bake in a heated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

*I would be very happy to hear your impressions after trying the recipe. Please tag me. Thank you in advance!

Enjoy!
