Ingredients:
250 ml of milk,
250 ml of water,
0.5 cubes of yeast,
150ml of oil,
0.5 teaspoons of sugar,
1 level spoon of salt,
1 teaspoon of vinegar,
flour as needed.
Preparation:
Heat the milk and water until it is lukewarm, add the yeast and sugar and leave for a few minutes for the yeast to rise. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and combine with a wire. Add flour and knead until you get a smooth dough. Immediately make balls weighing 80g. Lightly oil the work surface and the rolling pin and roll out the rolls. Lightly grease the work surface for each ball-roll. Immediately arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly coat with oil. Cover with self-adhesive foil and a cloth and leave to rise for about an hour and a half.
Heat the oven to 150C and bake for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 180C and bake for another 15 minutes. Cover the baked buns with a plastic bag and a cloth to let them rest for 10-15 minutes. After that, enjoy their wonderful taste.
P.S. I always double knead the dough!
Enjoy!
