Brownie- chocolate cake that melts in your mouth, a wonderful blend of chocolate, coconut and peanut

Ingredients:

6 eggs,

200g. sugar,

2 sachets of vanilla sugar,

1 bag of baking powder,

150g. flour,

40g. cocoa,

5 tablespoons milk,

4 tablespoons oil,

1 tablespoon peanut butter,

200g. chopped chocolate,

100g. chocolate,

40g. coconut.

Preparation:

Whisk 6 egg yolks with 200 g firmly with a mixer. sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar,

add 5 tablespoons of milk and 4 tablespoons of oil. Combine with a wire and add 100g. melted chocolate,

1 tablespoon of slightly melted peanut butter and stir again with a whisk.

Mix 150g. flour, 40g. cocoa and a bag of baking powder. Gradually add to the mixture

with egg yolks and stir with wire.

Whisk 6 egg whites firmly and combine with the egg yolk mass.

Then add 40g. coconut and 200g. chopped chocolate.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with oil.

Bake for 15 minutes. at 150 ° C, and another 10 min. at 180 ° C

Cut the cooled cake into cubes. You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.
