Buns - soft and perfect pastry for burgers

Ingredients:
500ml. milk,
400ml. water,
1.5 cubes of yeast,
1 teaspoon sugar,
2 tablespoons salt,
200ml. oils,
1500g. flour,
1 bag of baking powder.
To coat the dough:
1 egg yolk,
6 tablespoons milk.
Preparation:
Combine milk and water, heat to lukewarm, then crumble the yeast and sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar.
Leave for 5 min. to add yeast, then add salt and oil. In 1500g. flour mix 1 bag of baking powder. Gradually add the flour to the mass, knead until you have used up all the flour and you get a fine, smooth dough. Cover with self-adhesive foil and leave to grow for an hour. When the dough doubles, make balls weighing 90g. , you will get 32 balls - buns. If that's a lot for you, do half the test. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with oil. Slightly melt the balls and shape them on the work surface. While arranging them in the tray, leave a larger space between them, so that they do not stick to each other. This will give you a more regular shape.
Cover with self-adhesive foil or cloth. Leave to grow for about an hour.

Whisk 1 egg yolk with 6 tablespoons of milk in a bowl with a fork. Lightly coat the dough with a brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 150C, so bake for 10 minutes. , and then increase the temperature to 180C and bake for another 15 minutes.

Cover the baked buns with a nylon bag and then over with a cloth. After 5 min. you will have soft and delicious buns.
You can make hamburgers for children with them, like from McDonald's.
