Cheesecake - in a glass

Components:

300g ground plasma,

100g margarine,

150ml. milk,

250gr. maskrapone cheese,

400ml. sweet sour cream,

400g red fruit,

1.5 bags of gelatin,

6 tablespoons sugar,

6 tablespoons powdered sugar,

100ml. water.

Bark:

Melt over low heat 100gr. margarine and pour over 300g. plasma.

Lightly combine with a spatula, add 150ml. cold milk all reunite and

add 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Knead the mass by hand.

Filling:

Pour 1/2 bag of gelatin into a small bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of cold water over it and leave it to swell.

Then melt in a pan over low heat.

In another bowl, lightly combine with a spatula 250gr. mascrapone cheese with 6 tablespoons powdered sugar.

In the third bowl, whisk the sweet sour cream, taking care not to stir it, then add the mascrapone cheese, lightly continue to whisk and gradually add the gelatin.

Topping:

Pour 400gr into the pan. red fruit, 100ml. cold water and 6 tablespoons of sugar.

Put to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. with occasional stirring.

Pour 1 bag of gelatin into a small bowl, pour 4 tablespoons of cold water over it and leave it to swell.

Then melt in a pan over low heat and combine with the fruit.

Fill in:

bark - fil - topping.
