Choco - lemon kugloff

*Ingredients:
125g of Vital margarine,
230g of sugar,
3 bags of vanilla sugar,
110g milk good morning margarine,
60g of sour cream,
8 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice,
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel,
3 eggs,
70g chocolate drops (you can cut dark cooking chocolate into small cubes, instead of chocolate drops),
a little salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
380g of flour.
50g of powdered sugar.
*Preparation:
Mix 125g of Vital margarine with 230g of sugar, then add one egg yolk at a time and beat. Add vanilla sugar, 60g of good morning milk margarine, 60g of sour cream and 4 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything well with a mixer. Mix flour, baking powder and a teaspoon of salt on top. Add to the mixture and beat, add grated lemon peel and 60g of chocolate drops to the mixture.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add to the mixture and gently combine with a spatula. Coat the baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Turn over and beat to remove excess flour. Bake in a heated oven at 180C for 35 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150C and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cover the baked kuglof with a cloth and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. After that you can transfer to a tray.
*Topping:
Mix 50g of margarine, 50g of powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons of squeezed lemon with a mixer. Pour into a saucepan and, with frequent stirring, melt over low heat so that the ingredients are well combined (it must not boil).
Cool and pour over kuglof as desired.
