Chocolate delicacy

*Ingredients:
*For the crust:
5 eggs,
6 spoons of sugar,
1 bag of vanilla sugar,
2 teaspoons of cocoa,
1/2 bag of baking powder,
10 tablespoons of oil,
6 tablespoons of milk,
8 tablespoons of flour,
50g of ground hazelnuts.
*Crust dressing:
500 ml of chocolate milk
*For the filling:
700 ml of milk,
2 chocolate puddings,
2 tablespoons of flour,
10 spoons of sugar,
200g Nutella,
250g of margarine,
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
*For the glaze:
200 ml of sweet cream,
300g of dark chocolate,
70g chocolate whipped cream.
*Preparation:
Beat 5 egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar until foamy, add 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons of cocoa,
10 spoons of oil and 6 spoons of milk, combine everything well.
Mix half of the baking powder into the flour, gradually add and mix. Add 50g of ground hazelnuts and combine with the filling. Beat 5 egg whites until stiff, add to the mixture and combine with a spatula. Pour into a round pan with a diameter of 26 cm lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes. Check the crust with a toothpick to see if it is cooked. When it cools down, prick it with a toothpick. Heat 500ml of chocolate milk and pour over the crust.
*Phil:
Combine 2 chocolate puddings, 10 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of flour with 300ml of milk in a bowl. Pour 400ml of milk into the pan, when it starts to boil, add the pudding and stir all the time with a wire so that it boils nicely. Remove from the heat, add 200g of Nutella and combine with a wire. Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Whip 250g of margarine with 3 spoons of powdered sugar until foamy, then add one spoonful of the filling and beat until you have used up all the filling. Cover the crust with the filling and flatten it nicely.
*Icing:
Heat 200ml of sweet cream over low heat (do not let it boil), remove from heat, add 300g of dark chocolate and mix well with a wire. When the glaze has cooled a little, pour it over the filling. Let the whipped cream decoration be your pinch of magic.
