Cocoa - sesame wafer, delicious and ready in just 15 minutes, can be lean and fatty.

Ingredients:

20 tablespoons sugar,

1 vanilla sugar,

6 tablespoons flour,

1 tablespoon cocoa,

16 tablespoons of milk (for fasting 16 tablespoons of water),

250g. margarine,

200g. chocolate,

1 pack of wafers,

60г. sesame.

Preparation:

Put 20 porridge in a pan. sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 6 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon cocoa.

Combine everything nicely and add 16 tablespoons of milk (or if you are fasting 16 tablespoons of water).

Reunite nicely and cook over low heat to boil well, stirring constantly with a wire. Remove from heat, add 250g. margarine, 200g. dark chocolate and all together nicely wire. Finally add 60g. sesame.

Fill the wafer immediately (from 5 to 6 tablespoons of filling per wafer sheet). Cover the filled wafer with a kitchen board and some object from above. I use a 1kg sherpa.

Store it in a dry and cool place.
