Diet pancakes - a wonderful quick and healthy breakfast, with my pinch of magic.

Ingredients:
1 banana,
2 egg whites,
50g of oatmeal and
1 level teaspoon of baking powder.
Preparation:
Mash the banana with a fork. Grind oatmeal in a blender and mix with baking powder. Add to the bowl with the mashed banana and combine everything nicely with a spatula. Beat two egg whites into a stiff batter, add to the mixture and gently combine everything. Bake in a Teflon pan over low heat. When you shape them into a pan, cover them until they turn over, then bake them uncovered.
Attachment:
Zbreg's chocolate and vanilla protein pudding. Decorate with banana leaves and some blueberries, then lightly drizzle with honey.
