Easter banni - homemade biscuit, with an irresistible taste, decorated with royal icing

Ingredients:

4 eggs,

250g of sugar,

400ml oil,

1 bag of baking powder,

2 bags of vanilla sugar,

flour as needed.

Preparation:

Beat 4 eggs with 250g of sugar until frothy with a mixer, add 400ml of oil, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, mix gently with a mixer. Slowly add flour and 1 bag of baking powder and beat with a wire. When it becomes too hard for the wire, flour the work surface, knead by hand while adding flour, you get a fine and smooth dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour again and roll out the dough with a 5 mm thick rolling pin. Cut into shapes as desired, arrange in a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 160C for about 12 minutes.

roysl icing:

Beat 70g of egg whites (from 2 eggs) with a mixer with 500g of powdered sugar, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice halfway through the beating. Decorate the cooled cookies with your icing sugar.
