According to my grandmother's recipe.
Ingredients:
250 ml of milk,
300ml of water,
1/2 cube of yeast,
125ml of oil,
1 level spoon of salt,
1 level teaspoon of sugar,
flour as needed.
Preparation:
Combine milk and water. Heat it on the fire until it is lukewarm, put it aside and crumble half of the yeast cube and sprinkle with a level teaspoon of sugar. Leave for 5 min. to leaven. Pour into a mixing bowl, add 125ml of oil, 1 level spoon of salt. Connect with a wire, add flour and knead until the dough starts to separate easily from your hands. knead well until you get a smooth dough, sprinkle with a little flour and cover with transparent foil. Leave to rise for an hour. Knead the dough, sprinkle the work surface with flour, then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm, no thicker.

Cut into rectangles as desired, cover with self-adhesive foil and leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. In a deep frying pan, put 2 spoons of fat (when it melts, it should be at least 1 cm thick) and heat it at a medium temperature. When you take the dough into the pan, fry the side that is on top, and the side that was on the work surface should be above the fat. When they rise and turn brown, turn them over and fry the other side as well.


You will get the most delicious dough for breakfast. You can fill them and consume them with salty and sweet fillings. Let it be your pinch of magic!
