Goulash - my way

Components:
300g leek,
300g carrots,
300ml. water,
1 kg. meat,
1,200g mushrooms,
1 bag of mixture (hunting steak c),
1 tablespoon fat,
2 bay leaves,
To taste: with, spice C, pepper and primrose.
Preparation:
Finely chop the leek and simmer in a sherpa with 1 tablespoon of fat for 3 minutes.
Add finely chopped carrot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Cut the meat into cubes, boil, wash and pour into the sherpa.
Add: salt, spice C, bay leaf and pepper. Pour in 300ml. water and simmer for half an hour.
When you cut the champignons, wash them 2 to 3 times in hot water. Drain and add to the skillet.
Simmer over medium heat for about an hour or until the liquid evaporates.
Dissolve one bag of hunting steaks with 300 ml. cold water, pour into a sherpa. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. over low heat with occasional stirring.
Serve as a side dish: risotto, puree ...
If you want a juicier stew, add 2 bags (C) instead of one.
