Grated zucchini and trappist burgers

Ingredients:

1 kg of zucchini,

4 eggs,

200g Trappist,

3 tablespoons of oil,

1 tablespoon yogurt,

1 bag of baking powder,

spice C and salt to taste,

flour as needed:

Preparation:

Peel the zucchini, clean it from the seeds, wash it, grate it coarsely, put it in a colander and salt it with a good pinch of salt, mix it and leave it to release the liquid.

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl with a wire, add flour until it becomes a thick dough, then add 3 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of yogurt, baking powder, salt and spice C. Drain the zucchini well with your hands and add to the mass. add the grated Trappist and mix everything gently. Fry in hot oil or fat about 1 finger thick. Pour with a spoon and shape patties. Arrange fried patties on a napkin. Serve warm.
