Hollow rolls (hazelnuts) - so crunchy and melt in your mouth, a wonderful rhapsody of flavors (lean)

Ingredients:

250g of margarine,

500g of powdered sugar,

1 bag of vanilla sugar,

200g of ground walnuts,

200g of flour

1 bag of baking powder.

For the frosting:

100g of chocolate,

3 tablespoons of oil.





Preparation:

Process 250g of margarine with a mixer

then add 500g of powdered sugar and 1 bag of vanilla sugar.


Combine with a mixer and then add 200g of ground walnuts, 200g of flour and 1 bag of baking powder.

Knead by hand until all the ingredients are combined and you get a smooth dough.



Fill the molds straight, not over the molds because the rolls grow while baking.


Heat the oven to 100C and bake for 3 minutes, increase the temperature to 125C, bake for 12 minutes and 5 minutes to 160C. Thus they become hollow and perfect. Let the icing be your pinch of magic.
