Honey heart - delicious chocolate treat with cinnamon, jam and my pinch of magic (fast)

Ingredients:
2.5 glasses (from yogurt) full of flour,
1 glass (from yogurt) of sugar,
1 bag of baking powder,
1 bag of vanilla sugar,
1 teaspoon of baking soda,
1 teaspoon of cocoa,
4 spoons of jam (apricot or plum),
1.5 glasses (from yogurt) of sour water,
0.5 cups (from yogurt) of oil,
quantity of jam for coating the patisserie as desired.
For the frosting:
200g of chocolate,
4 tablespoons of oil.
Preparation:
First pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl:
2.5 glasses (from yogurt) full of flour, 1 glass (from yogurt) of sugar, 1 bag of baking powder,
1 bag of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of cocoa.
Combine everything nicely with a spatula or wire, then add 1.5 cups of sour water, 0.5 cups of oil and 4 tablespoons of jam. Beat with a wire to make bubbles in the dough. Pour the dough into a pan lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven heated to 150C for 15 minutes, then increase the temperature to 170C and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Check the dough with a toothpick to see if it is baked. Leave to cool for about an hour. When the dough is cold, cover it with jam and cover it with chocolate glaze.
