Luft pie - the perfect refreshing treat

Ingredients:
500g of thin crusts,
9 eggs,
21 spoons of sugar,
2 bags of vanilla sugar,
2 liters of milk,
6 tablespoons of flour,
1/4 margarine,
oil for frying.
Preparation:
Beat 9 egg whites into stiff peaks with 9 spoons of sugar.

Spread each crust with 2 full spoons of snow and roll it into a roll. All this until you use up all the crusts and snow.
Cut each crust into 4 parts and fry in deep oil until nicely browned. You will be interested in how beautifully they grow during frying.

Place in the pan side by side (do not compact and do not put one crust on top of the other so that they do not stick together).
When everything is fried, line it up in a square or rectangular pan, one next to the other.
*Phil:
Beat 9 egg yolks with 12 spoons of sugar and 2 bags of vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add 6 full spoons of flour, mix well with a wire and 0.5 l of milk.
Put 1.5 liters of milk in a pot, when it starts to boil, add egg yolks and beat with a wire until you get a beautiful porridge. Remove from the heat, add 1/4 margarine, mix well and immediately pour the hot filling over the crusts.
When it cools down, leave it in the fridge overnight, serve it the next day.
