Marinated steaks from the grill with iceberg salad, fried potatoes and delicious dressing

Ingredients:
1 kg. steaks,
100ml of oil,
100 ml of dry white wine,
Spices to taste: salt, spice C, dry parsley, dry basil, ground pepper...,
1 kg of potatoes,
1 bag of iceberg lettuce.
For the dressing: 1 sour cream and 3 spoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation:
Cover the kitchen board with self-adhesive foil, place the steak, then foil again so that the meat does not splash on all sides while pounding it with a meat mallet.
Marinade:
Make the marinade in a bowl: 100ml of oil, 100ml of white dry wine and spices to taste, salt, spice C, ground black pepper, dry parsley and basil... Mix everything well and combine.
Pour two spoons of marinade into a deep pan, line up a row of steaks and cover each steak with a spoonful of marinade. Arrange the steaks again, cover with marinade and so on until you have arranged all the steaks and pour the rest of the marinade on top. Cover with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight. Grill over low heat.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and wash them again. Fry in lightly salted fat in a covered pan until golden brown.
Season the iceberg salad to taste with a little sli, oil and lemon juice.
Dressing: Pour sour cream into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and spices to taste.
Serve hot meat and cream cheese. Let the decoration be your pinch of magic.
