Mille-feuille - a wonderful French delicacy, filled with a wonderful coconut-vanilla cream

Ingredients:

1 package of puff pastry (there are two pieces of dough inside the package),

2 bags of vanilla pudding,

700 ml of milk,

1 tablespoon of flour,

2 bags of vanilla sugar,

6 spoons of crystal sugar,

150g of margarine,

100g of white cooking chocolate,

50g of coconut,

100g of powdered sugar,

200 - 300g of strawberries,

300g of cherries,

100g of sugar.

Preparation:

Take the dough out of the bag, put it on baking paper, cover it with a cloth and leave it to thaw for about 30 minutes. After that, sprinkle the work surface with flour and gently roll out the dough about 4 mm thick. Cut into a rectangular shape of the desired size, arrange in a tray lined with baking paper, cover with a cloth and leave for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 180C and bake for another 20 minutes. When it cools down, cut it in half.

- Phil:

Beat 2 bags of vanilla pudding, 6 tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of flour with 200 ml of milk. Pour 500ml of milk into a pot, add the pudding slowly before boiling and whisk all the time with a whisk to make it well.

Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Beat the margarine with a mixer with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, add 100g of melted white chocolate. Beat with a mixer and add a spoonful of pudding until you use up all the pudding and finally add 50g of coconut milk. You will get a wonderful cream filling.

Cherry filling:

Grind the cherries briefly in a blender, pour into a saucepan, add 100g of sugar and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
