Ingredients:

700 ml. lukewarm water,

1 cube of yeast,

3 full spoons of sugar,

5 bags of vanilla sugar,

1/2 teaspoon of salt,

17 tablespoons of oil for the dough,

6 spoons of oil for beating the dough,

flour as needed.

Preparation:

In 700 ml. of water, crumble 1 cube of yeast, sprinkle with 1 spoon of sugar and leave to rise for 5 minutes.

Pour 2 spoons of sugar, 5 bags of vanilla sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 17 spoons of oil into the bowl for mixing the dough. Add lukewarm water with the added yeast. Combine the mixture with a wire, add flour and knead until the dough begins to separate slightly from your hands.

Then pour 3 spoons of oil on the work surface, stretch a circle slightly larger than the dough with your hand.

Raise the dough to a height of about 20 cm from the work surface and throw it vigorously with your hands on the oiled work surface 50 times. Coat the work surface again with 3 tablespoons of oil and continue rolling the dough another 50 times. After that, you will get too soft and too smooth dough.

Return the dough to the mixing bowl, sprinkle with a little flour and cover with self-adhesive foil. Leave to rise for an hour. When the dough has doubled in size, transfer it to a work surface sprinkled with flour. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into desired shapes. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the molds. Cover the baked goods with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes to cool. After that, you can coat them with honey and nuts or cover them with chocolate and decorate them as you wish. Let it be your handful of magic.

Enjoy!
