Moussaka with potatoes and minced meat

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes (young),

1 kg of minced meat,

1 head (smaller) onion,

3 eggs,

400 ml of milk,

100 ml of cooking cream,

Spices: salt, pepper, spice C, parsley and sesame.

Salad: Iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, flax seeds, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the peeled potatoes into rings, wash them and leave them in a colander to drain.

In a pan over low heat, stew the finely chopped onion and minced meat, season to taste and remove from the heat when all the liquid has evaporated and the meat starts to fry.

Arrange half of the potatoes in a pan lined with parchment paper, then pour the meat, spread it out nicely and arrange the potatoes on top again.

Beat 3 eggs, 400ml milk and 100ml cooking cream in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper, spice C, parsley and salt. Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for about 40 minutes.
