Oreo cheesecake - a delicious blend of fillings for ore lovers

Ingredients:
300g. crushed oreo biscuits,
50ml. milk,
100g. margarine,
250g. maskrapone cheese,
550ml. sweet sour cream,
280g. dark chocolate,
6 tablespoons powdered sugar,
16 oreo biscuits,
1/2 bag of gelatin.
The amount of ingredients is provided for filling 6 glasses of 300ml.
Bark:
Melt over low heat 100g. margarine and pour over 200g. crushed oreo biscuits.
Combine lightly with a spatula, add 50ml. milk and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and reunite everything with a spatula. Leave in the fridge to stand while you prepare the filling.
File:
Pour 1/2 bag of gelatin into a small bowl, pour over two tablespoons of cold water and leave to swell. Then melt in a pan over low heat.
Lightly combine 250g in another bowl. mascrapone with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
In the third bowl, whisk the sweet sour cream with a mixer, taking care not to stir it,
then add the mascrapone cheese and gently continue to whisk, gradually adding the melted gelatin.
Divide the fil into 2 parts:
In the first part add 150g. melted chocolate and lightly combine with a mixer (Chocolate filling)
The second part of the filling: separate the white filling from 10 oreo biscuits, melt the white filling and combine with the mixer with the other part of the filling. Finely grind the black biscuits, add them to the filling and combine everything nicely (filling with crushed walnuts)
Chocolate topping: 50ml. warm sour cream to warm, not to boil. Remove from heat, add 130g. chocolate and combine with wire.
Fill in a glass as follows:
Bark - Chocolate filling - 2 tablespoons crushed oreo biscuits - Crushed walnut filling - Chocolate topping - A pinch of crushed oreo biscuits and whole oreo biscuits;
