Salty sticks - a wonderful and crunchy snack that melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
2 eggs,
100ml. milk,
1/2 cube of yeast,
1 tablespoon salt,
200g. fat,
400g. flour,
100g. sesame,
50g. poppy.
To coat the dough:
1 egg yolk,
2 tablespoons milk.
Preparation:
In 100ml. of lukewarm milk crumble 1/2 cube of yeast and leave for 5min. to come. Mix 200 g of fat and 2 eggs with a mixer, then add milk with yeast and one flat spoon of salt. Add flour and knead with a wire until the dough becomes thick, then knead with your hands. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, develop a crust of 4 to 5 mm. thickness. Cut into strips as desired.
You can twist the dough or leave the sticks to be real.
Whisk the egg yolks with a fork with 2 tablespoons of milk and coat the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and if you wish, you can add a little poppy seeds and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with self-adhesive foil and let it grow for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 5 minutes. , and then increase the temperature to 180C and bake for another 15min. You can bake them for a minute longer until the desired color of the stick.
