Ingredients:

*For the dough:

250g of margarine,

1 egg yolk,

200 ml of milk,

1/2 cube of yeast,

100ml of oil,

1 spoon of salt,

flour as needed.

1. Stuffing:

100g of cheese, 1 egg white, beat with a fork and salt to taste.

2. Stuffing: 150g of grated Trappist

Preparation:

Heat the milk until it is lukewarm, crumble the yeast and leave it to rise for a few minutes.

Beat margarine at room temperature with a mixer with one egg yolk. Add milk, oil and salt, combine everything and slowly add flour until you get a smooth dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out a 0.5 mm thick crust. Cut the dough with a glass or mug of the desired size. Put a spoonful of filling on each circle, fold it in half and close the ends with a fork.

Beat one egg yolk with a fork with 3 tablespoons of milk, coat the shells and, if desired, sprinkle them with sesame or flax seeds, or your desired pinch of magic.

Cover with a cloth and after half an hour, bake in a heated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
