Softana pie with sour cherries - a perfect sour-sweet combination, soft and soft delight.

Ingredients:

1 kg pie crust,

5 eggs,

2 cups of yogurt sugar,

2 cups of yogurt,

1 cup of oil,

200g semolina,

1 bag of baking powder,

3 bags of vanilla sugar,

600g of cherries.

For the dressing:

700g of sugar,

1 liter of water,

1 bag of vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

Beat 5 egg whites with a mixer, gradually add (2 cups of yogurt, sugar) until you get a firm batter (beat for 10 min.). Add 5 egg yolks and 2 bags of vanilla sugar and beat for about 7 minutes. After that, add 2 cups of yogurt and 1 cup of yogurt oil. Lightly combine with wire. Mix 1 bag of baking powder into 200g of semolina. Gradually add the semolina to the mass and beat with a wire so that everything is well combined.

Separate 4 peels. Pour 4 flat spoons of the mixture on the crust, put the second crust on top of it and cover it again with 4 flat spoons of filling, put the third crust on top of that and cover it with filling, then put the fourth crust on top, line up the cherries along one edge. Fold the ends of the crust a little and twist into a roll. Make rolls until you use up all the crusts. You should get 9 rolls. Spread 1 tablespoon of the filling on top of each crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 180C and bake for about 20 minutes until nicely browned.

Dressing:

Pour 700g of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar into a saucepan and pour 1 liter of water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. Let the syrup boil for 10 minutes.

Pour the hot syrup over the cooled pie. When it cools down, cover it with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge to cool down well, then cut it and serve it.
