Ingredients:
Young potatoes - quantity as desired,
Dry prosciutto - amount as desired,
Dry bacon - quantity as desired,
Salt - to taste
Seasoning C - to taste,
Side dish: iceberg salad - season with a little salt, oil and vinegar.
White sauce.
Preparation:
Peel young potatoes with a peeler, wash and drain. Cut into thin sheets but do not cut all the way through. Stuff the potato leaves in order, one sheet with prosciutto, the other with bacon, until you have filled all the openings on the potato.
Place in a pan lined with baking paper and lightly coat with oil. Coat the stuffed potatoes with oil and sprinkle with spice C and a little salt.
Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.
