Ingredients:
200g milk powder,
250g of sugar,
100ml of water,
100g ground unsalted peanuts,
1/2 margarine
Preparation:
Mix 250g of sugar with 100ml of water. Remove from the heat, add half of the margarine and stir with a spoon until the margarine melts.
Pour 200g of powdered milk into a bowl, add a spoonful of granulated sugar and beat with a mixer. At the end, add 100g of ground unsalted peanuts.
Mix well with a mixer and pour into a three-sided tableron tray lined with self-adhesive foil.
When it cools down, put it in the fridge overnight. Remove from the pan, cut and serve only the next day.
