Taraba cake (ice) - for favorite combinations of plasma and chocolate! Delicious cake without baking

Components:
9 eggs,
9 flat spoons of sugar,
1 bag of vanilla sugar,
400 g dark chocolate,
150ml. milk,
1 margarine,
150 g ground plasma,
500 g plasma biscuits,
180gr. chocolate whipped cream (c).
Substrate preparation:
Metal pot 25 cm in diameter. , depth 10cm.,
cover with aluminum foil to adhere nicely to the sherpa.
Be sure to leave the ends of the foil longer and wrap them from the baking tray to make it easier to remove the cake.
Moisten the biscuit with a little milk and arrange it first on the bottom and then on the wall of the sherpa.
Filling preparation:
Whisk 9 egg whites with 9 equal tablespoons of sugar into a solid mixture.
In another bowl, whisk 9 egg yolks firmly.
In the third bowl, whisk 1 margarine with vanilla sugar,
add 300 gr. melted chocolate and continue to stir,
and gradually add a tablespoon of beaten egg yolks.
Then add the egg whites, lightly beat with a mixer,
and then 150gr.milled plasma.
When everything is nicely mixed and combined, add at the end
200 g of broken plasma biscuits. Spoon together,
so pour into a sherpa lined with biscuits. Flatten nicely and leave in the freezer overnight.
Prepare a round tray slightly larger in diameter than the sherpa.
Remove the cake from the mold, remove the foil and transfer to a baking sheet.
Melt 100g. chocolate with one tablespoon of oil and decorate the tops of the biscuits.
Then decorate the inside of the cake with whipped cream and decorate with sweets as desired!
Store the cake in the freezer, but always remove it at least half an hour before cutting.
